[ UPDATE ] We're in Las Vegas meeting with SNRHA

We are thrilled to share another powerful update as our mission to transform public housing and fight generational poverty continues to gain momentum.

Over the past few days, Sam Sells, Duke Tanner, and Adam Claussen have been in Las Vegas with the leadership of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) — an organization we believe to be the gold standard in public housing. Their dedication to serving the most vulnerable members of society with compassion and efficiency is truly inspiring.
To our surprise, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of HUD Frank Cassidy personally called into our meeting with SNRHA CEO Lewis Jordan and his senior leadership team. His support, demonstrated once again at the highest levels, continues to open doors and validate our vision. The excitement and alignment in that room were palpable. SNRHA shares our mission to not just provide shelter, but to build pathways out of poverty.
What does the pilot look like?
We’re preparing for a groundbreaking redevelopment:
→ Tearing down 294 outdated units from the 1950s
→ Rebuilding with 650+ units of mixed-income housing
→ Adding onsite services, retail, and parking
This new model includes on-site services, retail, parking, and a full support ecosystem designed to help residents transition off welfare within two years.
We are neck deep in the intricate planning required to launch this pilot, which we believe will set a national example of how a strong, mission-aligned public-private partnership can transform the way we help individuals exit poverty through the welfare and public housing system.
Next Steps:
We’re currently in the legal process of finalizing a joint venture agreement. A critical step in launching a $350M+ redevelopment with long-term, government-backed stability.
From an investor standpoint, the upside is clear:
Mission-aligned impact at national scale.
Strong potential for secure, government-supported returns.
The chance to be part of a historic shift in how public housing is done.
We are honored to be at the forefront of this movement and incredibly encouraged by the momentum building behind us. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning.
Please reach out to our Investor Relations team if you’d like more details or if you’re ready to join us on this incredible endeavor.
